Advanced Options for Query Builder Business Views

The Advanced Options menu item provides users with a streamlined interface to configure Business Views that are created only using the Query Builder.

To use Advanced Options for Business Views that are created using the Query Builder:

1. Navigate to the Business View Page and select a business view from the list that is created using the Query Builder.

2. Click the 3 dots next to the selected Business View to open the Action Menu.

3. Select Advanced Options from the menu.

   This opens a new window for advanced configurations that includes Fields, Cache, and Global Settings tabs.

4. Update the required parameters in each tab.

   The options in each tab offer unique functions to customize data structure, optimize performance, and standardize configurations.

   1. Fields Tab: Manage your Business Views by adding, removing, or modifying data fields and properties.

      

   2. Cache Tab: Optimize query performance by managing data caching settings and refreshing cached data.

      

   3. Global Settings Tab: Configure shared parameters like time zones, filters, and preferences to ensure consistency across Business Views.

      

5. Verify the changes in the Business View page to check if the latest updates are saved.
