Overview of Dashboards
Dashboards contain visuals that allow you to analyze and present your data in an easily consumable format. This article describes how to select and view your dashboards. To learn more about visuals, see Overview of Visualizations.
- A dashboard is a collection of one or more of your visuals. The visuals in a dashboard can be based on one or multiple data sources.
- When you first connect to AnglesProf, several dashboards and visuals are pre-built with your data in mind. After you have connected your ERP, these dashboards will get you started.
- Use pre-built dashboards as a starting point to build your own custom dashboards including the visuals and data you need.
To view the Dashboards page, you can navigate from the Home page or from My Items on the left-side menu bar.
View the Dashboards Page
The dashboards page displays dashboards that you can access. Depending on your role, you can read, write, delete, or manage dashboards. To view the role you are assigned, see Update profile .
To filter visible dashboards, select the drop-down menu:

To create a new dashboard, select Create Dashboards
To explore dashboard data and work directly with its various visuals, select a dashboard you want to interact with. You can modify, copy, export, or delete its visuals. In addition, the data on the visual can be filtered. See Interacting with Dashboards.
Interact with Dashboards
In AnglesProf, you can interact with dashboards by modifying, copying, exporting, or deleting visuals. In addition, the data on the visual can be filtered. This article describes how you can modify dashboards.
In this example, dashboard has four visuals:
To filter the entire dashboard, select on the left-hand side of the dashboard name.
On the top-right menu bar, you can share, export, refresh, or favorite the dashboard. You can also view the dashboard description.
To view the dashboard data during a particular time period, utilize the time bar at the bottom:
